By accessing or using RTB2, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and RTB2. Your continued use of the application indicates your acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

RTB2 is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and individuals at least 18 years of age. By using RTB2, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

RTB2 is designed exclusively as an educational reference tool for respiratory therapy professionals.

The application provides general information about respiratory therapy practices, equipment, medications, and clinical references. It is intended to supplement, not replace:

• Clinical training and professional education
• Institutional policies and protocols
• Manufacturer guidelines and specifications
• Current medical literature and evidence-based practices
• Consultation with qualified healthcare professionals

RTB2 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

The information provided is for educational and reference purposes only. Nothing in this application should be construed as:

• Medical advice for specific patients or clinical situations
• Recommendations for diagnosis or treatment
• Guidance for clinical decision-making
• Substitutes for professional medical judgment

As a user of RTB2, you agree to:

• Use the application only for lawful, educational purposes
• Exercise professional judgment in all clinical situations
• Verify all information against current clinical standards and institutional protocols
• Maintain your professional licensure and competencies
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Accept full responsibility for all clinical decisions

You may not use RTB2 to:

• Enter, store, or transmit any protected health information or patient data
• Make clinical decisions without consulting appropriate protocols and professionals
• Replace proper clinical training or institutional orientation
• Circumvent manufacturer guidelines or safety procedures
• Practice outside your scope of licensure or competency
• Distribute or reproduce content without permission
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the application

RTB2 is not HIPAA compliant. Never enter patient information.

All content, features, and functionality of RTB2 are owned by RTB2 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application without explicit written permission.

Equipment names, trademarks, and manufacturer information referenced in RTB2 are property of their respective owners. RTB2 is not affiliated with or endorsed by any equipment manufacturers.

RTB2 and its creators assume no responsibility for clinical outcomes, patient care decisions, or any damages resulting from use of the application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTB2 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

RTB2 does not warrant that the information provided is error-free, complete, or up-to-date.

RTB2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the application
• Reliance on information provided
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content
• Clinical decisions or patient outcomes
• Interruption or termination of service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTB2, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the application
• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your clinical decisions or patient care activities

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of RTB2 shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction within Wisconsin.

RTB2 Premium is available as a monthly subscription priced at $1.99 per month.

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. RTB2 does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

RTB2 reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, discontinue use of the application.
