Subscription & Billing Help

RTB2 Pro is managed through Apple In-App Purchase.

  • Apple handles all billing, renewals, and payment processing for RTB2 Pro subscriptions
  • Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your Apple ID account settings
  • The Restore Purchases option is available on the in-app subscription screen
  • Refunds must be requested directly through Apple. RTB2 cannot process subscription refunds
  • RTB2 does not have access to your Apple ID billing information and cannot modify or cancel subscriptions on your behalf

Reporting a Technical Issue

When reporting technical problems, please include:

  • Device model (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro)
  • iOS version
  • App version (from the app settings screen)
  • Clear description of issue
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Screenshots (no PHI)
  • If the issue involves a subscription, confirm you're signed into the Apple ID used for the purchase
